Vertimax "JUMP" Training
Jump training for various sports
- Warm-Up (10 minutes): Dynamic stretches, mobility exercises
- Fundamental Movements (15 minutes): Basic vertical movement patterns, form, and
technique
- Strength and Conditioning (20 minutes): Bodyweight exercises, VERTIMAX resistance training
- VertiMax Vertical Resistance (10 minutes): Jump training using VertiMax
equipment
- Cool-Down (5 minutes): Static stretches, flexibility exercises
Cost $200 for 8 sessions, includes additional strength training.
