Vertimax "JUMP" Training

Jump training for various sports

  • Warm-Up (10 minutes): Dynamic stretches, mobility exercises
  • Fundamental Movements (15 minutes): Basic vertical movement patterns, form, and technique
  • Strength and Conditioning (20 minutes): Bodyweight exercises, VERTIMAX resistance training
  • VertiMax Vertical Resistance (10 minutes): Jump training using VertiMax equipment
  • Cool-Down (5 minutes): Static stretches, flexibility exercises
Cost $200 for 8 sessions, includes additional strength training.
