  • Warm-Up (10 minutes): Dynamic stretches, mobility exercises
  • High-Intensity Interval Training (20 minutes): HIIT routines, circuit training
  • Sport-Specific Drills (20 minutes): Sport-specific drills, skill enhancement
  • Performance Optimization (20 minutes): Speed, agility, and quickness (SAQ) training
  • Cool-Down (5 minutes): Static stretches, flexibility exercises
Cost $260 for 8 sessions, includes additional strength training.
