Vertimax "BUILD" Training

Step 2: Enhance strength, power, and endurance.

  • Warm-Up (10 minutes): Dynamic stretches, mobility exercises
  • Strength Building (20 minutes): Light dumbbells, resistance band exercises
  • Power Development (20 minutes): Plyometrics, explosive Vertimax drills
  • Conditioning (15 minutes): Aerobic and anaerobic conditioning routines
  • Speed and Agility (10 minutes): Sprint drills, agility ladder exercises
  • Cool-Down (5 minutes): Static stretches, flexibility exercises
Cost $260 for 8 sessions, includes additional strength training.
